Refunds & Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. However, as our products are perishables, you cannot return items if you have simply changed your mind. 
If you have received a product in error, or are not happy with a product’s quality, please call us within 24 hours on 5445 2912 and we’ll try our best to remedy the issue.
Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made, sometimes it's a computer and sometimes it’s a human. Very occasionally the quality of our product is not up to our usual standard. If for whatever reason something has gone wrong or you are not happy, just let us know, we will happily replace or refund the product or otherwise do whatever we can to rectify any mistake made. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (often 3-7 days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
