Product Satisfaction and Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. However, as our products are perishables, you cannot return items if you have simply changed your mind. If you have received a product in error, or are not happy with a product’s quality, please call us within 24 hours on 5445 2912 and we’ll try our best to remedy the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Pawganics Pet Food maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the cost of the purchase price you have paid for the products.
Pawganics Pet Food will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
Cancellation Policy
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock in contracts.
Payments
Payment is due prior to delivery and is automatically debited via card/subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to have sufficient funds available in your account, failing which; A failed payment fee of $3.00 for each unsuccessful debit will be payable. This fee is in addition to any fees charged by your own financial institution for any unsuccessful debits.
Delivery
Delivery is free for all Pawganics Pet Food orders over $100, $14.95 delivery charge otherwise. We recommend that your delivery is refrigerated ASAP. Pawganics Pet Food will deliver products below 3°C to your home. If you are not home at the time of delivery, please leave out an esky or cooler bag. Standard Delivery days are Tuesday and Friday, aside from Sunshine Coast hinterland which is Thursday. Please place your order by 7pm the day prior to delivery. We deliver to most homes in major metropolitan areas of south-east Queensland including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the Sunshine Coast hinterland; if you’re outside of these areas, you can check if we deliver to your home at orders@pawganicpetfood.com.au, or call 5445 2912
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Pawganics Pet Food respects the confidentiality of our subscribers. Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential always. Any personal information collected from you is used solely for Pawganics Pet Food services and is never shared with mailing lists, advertisers or other third parties. Apart from Club Raw (credit card details held in 3rd part app Stripe), no credit card numbers are stored in our system and our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure always.
